He has 22 years experience as a UX/UA architect and P&P/KB consultant, and he has provided consulting and training for several US government agencies and over 100 companies across the United States and Canada and around the world.
Scott often teaches HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and he is a certified instructor for MadCap Flare, Adobe RoboHelp, and Adobe Captivate. He enjoys attending and speaking at conferences, and he has given over 75 presentations on five continents. Scott is also the author of CSS to the Point, Word 2013 to the Point, and MadCap Flare: The Definitive Guide.
